Paradise View Blu

At just a few minutes on foot from the pure white alleyways of the picturesque white city of Ostuni, we are offering the recently constructed apartments Paradise View (Blue and Red) which are part of a complex of 10 apartments. The coloured dwellings in the form of cubes are nestling in green natural surroundings and they cling in an idyllic way to the cliff.

Even if one has to admit that the long climb of 100 metres is a little steep – at one time this was used as a historic path used for the pilgrimage of the faithful – but once one has arrived at the destination point one is rewarded with a splendid view. As one can presume with the name Paradise View, thanks to their high position the apartments enjoy a unique and striking view of the white city and of the olive groves and sea.

The communal pool (in use from 1/5 to 30/9) with a sun terrace and panoramic view entices one to spend many relaxing hours, particularly at the end of a day on the beach or after an excursion. From here in the evening one can particularly enjoy the panoramic view of the historical centre with its Moorish charm.

The exclusive modern dwellings are characterized by a high current standard. The charm of a trendy city apartment inspires most of all lovers of modern design and those guests that want to say in or near the centre but at the same time be in a secluded location

Entering the comfortable Paradise View Blue – the façade tinted with blue explains the Blue in its name – one comes straight away to the living area with kitchen. The kitchen area is not particularly big but equipped with everything that is important.

We usually offer the apartment for four people; but at the explicit request of the client a bed-settee can be used in the living room to provide sleeping space for two more people. The home also has a flat screen television with satellite. The ambience is welcoming, well-illuminated and spacious. From the balcony which has seats, one has a view that stretches as far as the sea horizon.

The two bedrooms blend harmoniously with the style of the home: there is a double bedroom and wardrobe with sliding doors and one with two separate beds.

Also the bathroom is designed in a modern style and gains its light by means of a window in the ceiling which can be opened.

The apartment has air conditioning and can just as well be used in the cold months. There is also a small safe for valuables.

Paradise View Blue is a chic dwelling for a discerning clientelle. There is the interesting possibility of combining it with the neighbouring holiday home Paradise View Red. In the case of more than one family or groups of people travelling together, we can also offer other properties as part of the package.

At about 150 steps below one finds a good quality hotel. Naturally one can go there to dine on the spur of the moment or to take an aperitif either in the bar or on the panoramic terrace of the hotel.

From this location, one can enjoy beautiful walks in the alleyways of the historical centre which has remained extraordinarily untouched; one can visit the cathedral, admire the baroque city gates as well as the local craft shops. The White City that is chrtacterised by an Eastern flavour, has a lot o charm.

In the evenings one can visit the different restaurants and bars in the area. Le belle spiagge di Marina di Ostuni distano soltanto 6 km.
