We are particularly interested in villas and apartments that are elegant integrated with charm in a pleasant and interesting context, preferably very close to the sea. As an alternative, we will also consider country villas if for example they have a private pool. We attach a lot of importance to decor in the sense that it is realized with taste and refinement as well as an external area that is well-cared for with comfortable garden furniture.
We welcome residences of private owners that are available all year round and that can be rented on a weekly basis (or even for shorter stays).
In our capacity as true experts on Puglia with twenty years experience of tourism to Italy, we personally take care of the bookings making sure that the rentals take place without problems as well as dealing with the marketing of these properties with the aim of ensuring that these villas and apartments are put to optimal use.
