For an entrepreneur from the South of Germany, the Villa Ani is the realisation of a long held dream to own a villa by the sea. At just 100 metres from the crystal clear sea of Marina di Ostuni, Patricia now owns the attractive Villa Ani that as she says herself, is a true and real inspiration.

The construction of the luminous small villa was only completed at the beginning of 2016. The building, of a linear and pure form, designed by an architect, is characterised by a modern Mediterranean style.

The small garden is embellished by lemon and fig trees and by an olive tree and palm trees, which emit a southern ambience as well as the relaxing aroma of white jasmine.
The veranda where one can pass ones time on with a cappuccino or lying on a sunbed with a good book, is just the right place to rest the soul.

The interior is furnished with a simple look that is linear and casual. The ambience is one of clear colours: the walls are painted white and the white kitchen blends well with the large pastel fridge and the cream colour of the seats of the dining table. Above the table, there is a large flat-screen television. Usually we offer the villa for four people but if requested explicitly by the client, the sofa-bed in the living room can be used for an additional two sleeping places.

In the two bedrooms, there are wardrobes. The iron double bed transmits certain levity. The oil painting of New York was painted by a student of Hundertwasser

A pleasure of the senses…!

The building is notable for its large terrace that provides a fabulous view of the sea. The small cast iron dining table with chairs invites one to take breakfast with a view of the outside: prelude to a day rich with pleasant surprises. The sunbeds on the terrace promise a day of relaxation.

Candlelit suppers on the terrace, with a table adorned with Puglia specialities in the company of family or close friends, make this a real holiday.

One can buy fish that has just been caught at the fishmongers in the picturesque harbour village of Villanova that is just ten minutes away on foot. In addition, here there are restaurants, pizzerias, a bar, supermarket and pharmacy. This stretch of coast of Diana Marina is notable for its sandy bays surrounded by rocks.
