You find the comfortable and very large detached country house Villa degli Ulivi in the middle of century old olive groves, only 3 km from Ostuni – also known as the white Queen of olive groves (la regina bianca degli ulivi) – just barely 9 km distance from the lovely beaches of Villanova. 150 m2 are available for guests on a stunning terrain of 3000 m2.
La Villa degli Ulivi, essendo dotata di termosifoni e camino nel soggiorno, si presta anche molto bene per i mesi invernali.
Beyond the gate a private path leads directly to the veranda, inviting you to dine or relax (dining table and chairs are provided). The living room is large designed and furnished in rustic style. The dining room with a huge table offers a marvellous view of the countryside through a very large window. All floors are covered with ceramic tiles. Stairs lead to a large roof terrace where an unforgettable panorama is awaiting you: Olive trees as far as the eye can see. Behind the house is the swimming pool (9x4m) usually available between mid-May and mid-October which offers a place to reinvigorate.
