The Villa Fontanelle, only about 450 m away from the sea, is located on a 600 sqm plot. The owner named the holiday home after the holiday resort of the same name. The well-kept villa is framed by beautiful palm trees, colorful bougainvillea and evergreen hedges.
After the garden gate there is a shady carport. From here you have direct access to the spacious terrace; it is partly covered, partly sun terrace. The veranda is invitingly furnished with teak furniture. Whether with a glass of Apulian Primitivo or other Apulian delicacies, you can enjoy your holiday here.
Sun loungers are of course available for relaxing moments.
After sunbathing and refreshing in the crystal clear sea, the outdoor shower in the garden is ideal.
A house in Mediterranean architecture.
The facade of the bungalow is mostly covered with local stone. The holiday home with a floor space of around 110 square meters gives a friendly impression right from the start.
From the terrazza you have direct access to the generously designed living and dining room of the house. One of the rose-colored sofas is a pull-out sofa bed, in case there is another guest. There is an open transition to the kitchen and it is well equipped.
Villa Fontanelle has three bedrooms (one large, one medium and one small). The first two bedrooms each have queen beds; the smaller room, which is more suitable for children/teenagers, has a pull-out sofa bed. Although it can only be reached internally via the double bedroom, it also has its own side access via the veranda.
The Villa Fontanelle is a comfortable mid-range property . A house to feel good.
