The beautiful mediterranean style villas situated near Pilone beach are just 4 km from the traditional and picturesque village of Villanova (where there is a 16th century castle) and is only 9 km form the enchanting White City of Ostuni that stands between 3 hills and is 300 metres above sea level.
The villa is just 200 metres from the sea.
The exclusive Villa Le Palme is noted for its individual and special mediterranean architecture as well as for its pleasant ambience with its individual style and not least for its well-maintained garden which is adorned with numerous plants. The elegant Villa Le Palme has extensive grounds where there are – as its name suggests – a variety of palms.
Other than palms, there are purple bougainvillea, oleanders, wistiria and tall pines. A stone path surrounded by pitosforo leads directly to the veranda of the villa. There is a sandy beach a short walk away that is surrounded by dunes and by macchia mediterranea. It is ideal for those that wish to be close to the sea but do not wish to renounce the comforts of a beautiful villa.
Adjoining the veranda is the large living room of the house. In a corner, there is an elegant glass table. Oil paintings and other pictures adorn the walls.
The sofa of the living room invites one to spend long hours by the fireplace. The interior furnishings are comfortable but at the same time sought after.
Some of the old antiques give the villa its particular charm. The villa has a surface of about 135m2 (without taking into consideration the garden
and terrace). The house has 3 bedrooms with 5 and, on request, 6 beds
The well-lit kitchen with direct access to the terrace is very spacious and well equipped. It has a white and yellow colour scheme. In the kitchen there is also a dining table with chairs.
The Villa has two bathrooms - one of which is large with a bathtub ( see image ) and a smaller one with a walk-in shower. The washing machine, the ironing board and the iron are also available to the customer.
The villa also has a veranda at the back of the house with a table and chairs and there are also two parking spaces shaded by a beautiful wistiria pergola.
