The holiday home  Villa Le Tamerici is a comfortable semi-detached house, with the ground floor rented. The other half (accessible independently via a side staircase) belongs to the owner himself, who manages the holiday home for himself and his family in the summer months he uses. However, the  Villa Le Tamerici  offers privacy for your holiday stay with its independent entrance and its evergreen hedge. He scores particularly well with the outside area. The tamarisks, from which it takes its name, the colorful bignonia, the ivy-covered veranda and the ceramic vases similar to amphorae, the  capasone characteristic of Puglia, they convey an attitude to Mediterranean life. It's nice to dine here under the shady, green tendrils of ivy. Ideal for convivial evenings in the open air with the family.

The three different stretches of Monticelli beach (sand/rock/pine forest) are only a few minutes away on foot. After sunbathing and cooling off in the crystal clear sea, the outdoor shower, decorated with green mosaic stones, is ideal for use outside the house. From the porch there is direct access to the living room with fireplace and built-in sitting area. A sofa bed can be used here as an additional bed if necessary. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a brass bed and a large (abstract) tree painted on the wall which is intended to represent the fertility tree and 1 small bedroom with a single bed.
