This charming, sun-drenched three-room vacation apartment is located on a small strip of land jutting into the sea. The house overlooks the crystal-clear sea of ​​Ostuni. Casa Mare Sole is located on the first floor of an old Masseria, one of the very few to be found right on the sea.

From both large balconies of the apartment you can enjoy unique and unlimited sea views! 

Let's start with the name itself, Casa Mare Sole, which clearly highlights the house's merits: it is surrounded by the sea and the sun, the sun and the sea. Located directly opposite the sun, it takes on its luminous aspect already in the early hours of the morning. It's wonderful to have breakfast here on the balcony, soaking up the sun's rays, simply lounging, or even in the evening, perhaps by candlelight or in the company of a nice glass of wine, listening to the sound of the sea waves. So, you can never have enough vacation!

Passing through the entrance with its white iron gate, reminiscent of Eastern countries, you reach the apartment in question. A child safety gate has been installed above the steps. A truly unique feature of the house is the direct access to the balconies from all three rooms, as well as the kitchen. The balconies are also furnished with garden furniture!

The furnishings are designed in a Mediterranean style. The brand-new living room furniture is pure nature. The unique sand-colored sofa made of woven banana leaves creates a welcoming and refined atmosphere and symbolizes the meeting of exclusive Mediterranean living culture and tropical exoticism. The dining table (rattan/wood) is extendable. Its length can be doubled if needed.

One of the two bedrooms has white rattan furniture and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a natural-colored rattan pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 3/4). This side leads to the second balcony, which also has a sea view. Even the kitchenette offers a beautiful view of the small bay.

It's fully equipped. A couple of steps lead to the second bathroom, which features a glass shower stall (120 x 80 cm); behind the white sliding door is a niche with glass shelves, ideal for storing cosmetics. The faucets are classy, ​​and the large sun-shaped mirror evokes the name of the home, Casa Mare Sole.

The jewel in the crown is the splendid 50-square-meter panoramic terrace, from which you can even see the boats returning to the Villanova marina. The terrace is elegant, and the floor is entirely covered in local stone. At the center is a large hand-painted rosette depicting fish trapped in a fishing net in sea hues. The white brick benches invite you to relax and enjoy the sea view.

A long L-shaped glass front offers protection in strong winds. Next to the terrace is another small room with a built-in, elegantly tiled counter where you can prepare a snack between sunbathing and swimming. Thanks to the air conditioning (cold/hot), the apartment can also be used in the winter months. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Near the house are grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars, and a supermarket in the summer. The picturesque old port of Villanova is only about 900 meters away. Villanova is a traditional fishing village.
