The beautiful Mediterranean-style summer villas located in Lido Fontanelle are just 1 km from Villanova, a picturesque fishing village (with a 16th-century fortress), and only 6 km from the splendid white city of Ostuni, which stands on three hills at an altitude of about 300 m. The villa is just 250 m from the sea.

The Bougainvillea Villa is located in this village on a plot of approximately 600 square meters. The villa has an entrance that leads to a shaded pergola that serves as a parking space. The villa is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean garden, featuring a towering palm tree, a magnolia, a fig tree, two lemon trees, hibiscus, and roses. A path made of local stone leads directly to the veranda, which is adorned with a lush climbing bougainvillea, which gives the villa its name. The large terrace is partly covered and partly designed as a sunbathing area. Garden furniture and an outdoor shower are available to guests. An external staircase leads to the flat roof, where you can glimpse the sea.

An elegant, bright villa built in white brick (approx. 110 sq m). The garden already hints at the villa's ambience: on the terrace and throughout the interior, there are sea green/sea green Vietri tiles; white interior doors. The large living room features a charming L-shaped brick sofa in a Moorish-Mediterranean style, covered with turquoise-green cushions; the light-colored wall lamps blend beautifully with the villa's furnishings.

The two bathrooms are exclusive and, of course, have windows: the walls are covered in white tiles. Both bathrooms feature a brand new walk-in shower, luxury faucets, and one bathroom has a bidet. The mirrors are adorned with hand-painted Greek frets, always reflecting the colors of the sea. A new washing machine is also available.

The villa has three bedrooms (one large, one medium, and one small) with six beds. The kitchen is very spacious, fully furnished, and well-stocked (dishes, a large refrigerator, a dining table and chairs, and a tiled countertop). The white cabinets are custom-made.
