A few years ago, the lady of the house converted the old country estate, inherited from her family, into a noble holiday home. The detached residence in the style of a masseria has been restored with great care and equipped with contemporary comfort. It retains the historic charm and exudes  grandiosità  At the same time, one feels the domicile and the entire property as a comfortable retreat. Nature as inspiration and the lightness of summer combined with a dreamlike home are the epitome of vacation. A holiday home for connoisseurs.

The 15 x 6 m private pool  (open from May 1st to September 30th) with sun terrace promises pure relaxation. There are numerous outdoor seating areas on the property. Depending on the time of day, you can enjoy the evening sun at different places. Every guest is sure to find their favorite spot for a leisurely hour or a dreamy siesta. The shady arbor offers plenty of space and is the popular and ideal meeting place for a social get-together with family and good friends. The barbecue grill at the end of the arcade is ideal for balmy summer evenings. And when it smells wonderfully like grilled fish, all the guests will quickly gather around the dining table for dinner!

With its bright colors, the villa stands out against the green olive groves and the red earth. A centuries-old little angel in the outer wall bears witness to the history and is a kind of lucky charm for the lady of the house.
Lush oleanders, citrus trees, towering prickly pears, shimmering silvery-green olive groves and wild Mediterranean herbs, the so-called  Macchia mediterranea form the framework for the villa .

Traditional lifestyle, homely atmosphere and southern flair go hand in hand here. The  Villa Mediterranea not only enjoys a spacious outdoor area; The living space is also very spacious, so that 8 – 14 people can be comfortably accommodated here. The villa houses 4 bedrooms/living areas, all with independent entrances from the terrace; 3 of the 4 areas each have an additional living room, which has a sofa bed and its own minibar. In addition, each area has a modern, very tasteful bathroom (with shower and bidet) and a small, private terrace at the back, which looks out over the olive trees. A separately accessible, completely new eat-in kitchen awaits creative cooks. There is space for all guests at the large table with a view of the countryside. When the weather is nice, the dining area on the large communal terrace is very popular, when Apulian specialties are served for enjoyable hours. In the evening hours, the property has a particularly magical effect due to its multitude of light points. Savoir-vivre is very important here.
