The Villa Rosa Marina is located in this aforementioned district, surrounded by other exclusive Mediterranean villas with beautiful luxuriant gardens, all immersed in flourishing vegetation; picturesque inlets and beaches flanked by the wild and aromatic Mediterranean scrub that surround them.

In this beautiful environment the Villa Rosa Marina awaits its guests with a charming entourage of tall palms, pines and Mediterranean cypresses, oleanders and aromatic rosemary bushes; as well as figs that grow within the estate that has an area of 1000 square metres. From the gate a stone path leads one directly to the terrace of the villa.

To the side there is a flower bed, shaded by plants, which serves as a parking space. The terrace creates the ideal atmosphere for a pleasant get-together with the family.

Olive trees, reeds, prickly pears and evergreen hedges align themselves on the property harmoniously broken up by climbers of purple bougainvillea and delicate roses. Mediterranean charm and urban sophistication interweave in the best way possible.

The villa is of a large size.

In the well-lit dining room with a view of its green surroundings, are served Puglia specialties. The living room leads directly to the terrace and the splendid garden of the villa. There is a television (with Satellite TV).

The Villa Rosa Marina has 3 spacious bedrooms; 2 of the 3 rooms have white beds and the third one beautiful iron beds and the walls are decorated with prints, in part antique. In the case of the villa being occupied by 7 people, an additional bed can be added.

Brickwork steps lead to the terrace which opens out to a wide view of the surrounding landscape. The garden has various sun beds for relaxing moments to be enjoyed in the company of a good book. The dwelling has both a washing machine and air conditioning (hot and cold air) and is therefore well equipped for the cold months.

The sea is just 200 metres away and can be reached on foot.

Sandy beaches that run for miles as far as Torre Canne invite one to make long walks, paddling in the water.
