Wicker furniture promises relaxation with a sea view. Naturally, you can also have lunch or dinner here. The evening is particularly fascinating when the horizon transforms into a sea of ​​stars.

The new and bright apartment located on the first floor (not taking into account the raised ground floor) can be reached both via two staircases and via a private elevator (!) leading directly to the covered terrace (veranda) of the penthouse. Depending on the weather, the windows can be opened or closed. The white and aquamarine colored tiles are reminiscent of a designer scarf that reflects the colors of the sea. Made uniformly between the terrace and the living area, they convey a fluid passage between the inside and the outside. The equally new open kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, 5 burners and electric oven.

The Mare di Stelle residence has 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. For those who travel with a lot of luggage, there is an additional wardrobe in a niche. The two bathrooms are also well-kept and of a high quality level (bidet, heated towel rail, even a washing machine). The large glass shower cabin is particularly beautiful.

The apartment has an air conditioning system, with hot and cold air, so that it can be used very well both during the hot Apulian summer and in the winter months.

In the immediate vicinity of the residence the coast is made up of low cliffs where you can go swimming; in part it is also equipped with platforms and places for bathers and sun lovers. Castro, which like Ostuni was also awarded the Blue Flag in 2012 for its excellent bathing quality, is a beautiful seaside resort near Santa Cesarea Terme and Otranto. (You will find splendid sandy beaches in Alimini near Otranto).
Castro is divided into two parts: Castro Alta, a place inhabited even in winter and Castro Marina characterized by a splendid landscape of cliffs of the Salento coast, a true beauty of nature. The extensive caves and the seabed with its fauna and flora is a paradise for divers. Alternatively, tourists could also rent a boat. The stretch of coast between Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca, the coastal road, has always been one of the most sought-after destinations in Salento. Among the curiosities not to be missed are the sea caves, in particular the famous Grotta Zinzulusa.
The south of Salento offers numerous interesting highlights to visit, such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Castro, Otranto, Lecce etc.
